Where can I find the product information along with any surgical protocol guidelines for your products?

Answer:

Most of the available product information has been placed within our site, you will find information directly related to each product within the dentists resources main page.

I would like to place an order with ID Health. How can I do this?

Answer:

You can use our online ordering system or you can contact us directly on 03 9893 2399.

I would like to know more about the placements of implants, however I am not confident about using this system. Do you hold any training workshops?

Answer:

Yes we do. Implant placement is detailed process and by attending our training sessions you can be confident the treatment you are offering your patients is of the highest standard. Please visit our dental event pages and or register in the above form.

How can I pay for my order?

Answer:

We will accept payment by credit card, online transfer or we can even set up an account. If you choose to pay when you place your order we can offer a 5% discount on the total of your invoice.

When will my products arrive?

Answer:

Your products will be dispatched immediately following the placement of your order. We have 95% of our products in stock so if your order is placed before 4pm EST you can expect to receive your order on the following day by express parcel post. (You must be in the express post deliver area)
